Business is Not About Business All the Time  

You didn't start a business so you can work and be grumpy all the time. In this conversation between Alison Proffit and Flow CEO Megan Anderson, Alison opens up about why play is key to success.   She shares, "Don't look at your goal. And then think to yourself, oh, if I don't sit here and work, I'm not going to hit that goal. Um, because there is some truth to that you do have to be taking intentional aligned action, but that action needs to be inspired. And so if you go and live your life and add some play into it, and play doesn't need need to be, go spend lots of money on a vacation, a play could be put on some music and dance around your office, go for a walk, go for a bike ride..."  Ask yourself where you could put more play into your day, your business will be better for it.
