In this first part of the interview, we give some backstory on what Cannon Films is, and then we discuss some of the movies Cannon produced before they were bought by Menahem Golan & Yorum Globus. We then move to the Golan & Globus era of Cannon, which includes their longstanding relationship with actor Charles Bronson, and their surprisingly heartfelt teen sex comedy, "The Last American Virgin".
