Pho, pronounced like Fuh, is a rare dish you could now find in Playa Del Carmen. This aromatic bone broth soup is rich and delicious poured over rice noodles and thinly raw slices of beef that cook as soon as the broth hits the meat. You could always get cooked meat if that doesn't interest you but either way, it's a delicious meal that is great to have when you have a cold or after a long night out!

You mustn't forget the add-ons such as fresh bean sprouts, sliced chili, Thai basil, a squeeze of lime and don't forget the hoisin sauce, sriracha, and some additional fish sauce if you like. If you cannot find Thai basil or if you don't like the flavor cilantro is a great substitute but, of course, nothing is the same as Thai Basil for your Pho.
