This weeks guest for the P2C podcast is Tierra Webb. Currently a trainer and formerly a 4 year starter at Indiana State. We talked about getting recruited in 8th grade, getting her first of many D1 offers her freshmen year of HS and what her experience at the college level was like. We dive into her post playing career and how that has evolved to where she is today.

-D1 4 year starter and 3 year captain 

-NCAA Conference awards & 3 MVP awards 

-HS Hall of Fame & McDonald All American Nominee

P2C pod was joined by Menlo College Assistant Coach Cam Schott. Cam started his basketball career at Northwest Christian University as a Manager, which progressed into a Director of Player Operations role. From there he was hired as the Assistant Video Coordinator at Texas A&M, followed by Assistant Coaching at Texas A&M Commerce. 

Cam talks about gaining the trust of different coaching staffs and players through hard work, sweat equity and being willing to do the things that others won't.
