Perception is a trickster, until it isn’t.

The appearance of cause and effect may mean you have Vaseline in your eyes. Collapsing the two into one serves to limit the power of time, and has the inverse effect of increasing your ability to be in the present.

Outside the fairgrounds, there no such thing as ‘humanity’. ‘Humanity’ is a cheap talk swindle implying it’s own existence, a quiet reinforcement of a reflection that wants to believe it’s more than it is, like a chicken with bull horns strapped to its head.
