He went to high school at Bishop McNamara where he put his interest into practice by running for and being apart of student council for all 4 years. He additionally found a love of technical theater. These interests followed him to Rutgers as he was elected to the Rutgers student government and was the University Affairs Chair and got a student job working as technical crew for the student centers. He kept himself busy in college as in addition to those 2 roles he was also in Alpha Phi Omega which is a national service fraternity. After graduating from Rutgers with a degree in health administration with a minor in political science, he came back to DC and is now pursuing a masters degree in health policy and a law degree at George Washington University.
