In this podcast, Stefan shares with you how to overcome loneliness. There are a lot of people that struggle with the feeling of being alone.
Stefan does not feel lonely in his life, so he has a hard time relating to this, but he can appreciate how debilitating it must feel.
By nature, Stefan is an introvert. He enjoys spending time alone, and he needs solitude to reflect and recharge. Alternatively, extroverts gain energy from being around other people.
As a result, these people may struggle more with the feeling of being alone. Stefan believes that loneliness occurs when you have certain needs that you are trying to meet externally, that aren’t being met internally.
Learn to enjoy being alone. When you do, you will be less dependent on others for love and connection.
