It's safe to say that meditation has changed my life in so many positive ways, and that's why in today's podcast I'll be sharing the benefits of meditation for beginners and tips on how to meditate.

Meditation allows you to raise your awareness and consciousness to observe your thoughts, rather than just indulge in them. By setting aside the time to meditate for 10 minutes a day, building up to 20 minutes, you can reap rewards such as a clearer mind, better decision making, and feeling much calmer in stressful situations.
