Change represents an opportunity to grow and improve, but it also takes its toll. Despite our best efforts to remain positive, we often find ourselves resisting change. The good news is that’s normal human behavior, and if we can better understand why we respond to change the way we do, we can better prepare for and deal with the myriad changes we face on a regular basis.
