My first encounter with the glidecam HD 2000. I made to the first base, but that charming darling is very demanding!

To capture these moments on video was a treat. Six years ago, I was making of my first real video for my brother's birthday, and today I find myself in front of something that is beyond me and delights my pupils.

Isn't it beautiful how nature can show us sometimes what life really is about, how "small" we are and how we should actually enjoy all the little beautiful moments? If we stop, life goes on. Pura vida!

As a young videographer, I followed UPEACE students over the course of four months, joining their parties and trips, rapidly becoming friends. This is me giving back to this family I found.

Each passing day has something special that deserves to be celebrated, and when I manage to capture a glimpse of it, I create a Happiness Capsule, or "Capsule de Bonheur" in French.

Lesson learned from this capsule: Never over-expose. EVER. For the swing transition, shoot in 60fps, and use twixtor, crop and push. Color grading rocks!
