God is the answer to all our anxieties. He promises to comfrot us and bring rest to our souls. (see Psalm 94:18-19)

Isaiah 43:18 reminds us not to dwell on mistakes of the past but instead, look forward. God is an expert in new beginnings and has a plan for each of us.

Do you worry about the future? God's love is so big that nothing can separate us from it, not even our past or our future. (see Romans 8:38-39)

We may not always see God's hand at work, but we have the power to trust His heart and believe that He is in control and will keep our best interest in mind. (see Mathew 13:32)

Even if our earthly families fail us, we can be assured that God never will. He is perfect and invites us to be a part of His family. (see Matthew 12:50)

Next time we're in a "no-way-out" situation, let's focus on what we do know: Jesus has already conquered evil and wants to take us with Him to heaven. (see Mark 14)

God promises to deliver us from the fears that hold us hostage, He wants us to live free and assured of our salvation. (see Psalm 34:4)

Do you find yourself in the midst of a "storm"? Remember that God is the captain of the boat, controller of the storm and giver of peace. He will see you through. Trust Him. (see Mark 4:39)

Are you at the end of your rope? God has infinite resources that we know nothing about. When we acknowledge our helplessness and look to Jesus for help, He will see us through and we will truly know that He is God. (see Psalm 46:10)

True REST comes from knowing that God is with us, that he loves us and provides for us, and that He is in control of whatever comes next. (see Exodus 33:14)
