When we cast our burdens upon God, He sustains us and offers relief to our heavy hearts. (see Psalm 55:22)

It's easy to forget the importance of a proper foundation because it's usually not seen, but God reminds us in Isaiah 33:6 that He will be our stability in rough times and the wisdom and knowledge we need for daily life.

There are many things that can cause us to feel afraid, but we never have to fear the future because we know how the story ends… Jesus Wins! (see Revelation 20:1-3)

God invites us to let go of all our cares and anxieties and leave them with Him. He is more than capable of handling all of our problems. (see 1 Peter 5:7)
