Today, Heidi describes a bit about PMDD as a physical limitation, why it's confusing that it is a physical limitation, and an analogy that helps her when she feels she is not living up to her best self during her hard weeks. This does not go into the physical body and what is happening. Different doctors say different things so it's hard to know what is really happening. The body reacting differently to hormone changes seems the most likely reason for our PMDD active symptoms.
