In this special pop-up episode, we are intentionally limiting the discussion to 10 minutes. We are doing so to celebrate Dave's accomplishment of finally chasing down his 8 year goal of holding a 10 minute long freestanding handstand!

And we couldn't be more proud of him. This comes after Dave finally decided to put a structured plan in place to get him from her previous record of 9 minutes and 1 sec, to that 10 minute mark. He thought that this final minute was going to take him 6 months to a year to reach, but it came much quicker, as a reminder to us that consistency and intention in your training is everything.
