PMR: Podcastmate Radio

In the previous episode of PMR Diaries, I was talking about an epiphany which led us to do a micro pivot and also led me to realize that what got me here, won’t get me there.

The person that I am that got me to where I am now will not be the same person that is capable of getting me to the next level.

Who I am now will no longer be enough.

That means, I gotta EVOLVE.

In this episode, we share our transformation as the Podcastmate A-team and as a startup company. How each and every team member plays a significant role in solidifying the brand.

My goal is that as I share to you my journey, hopefully it gives you a better understanding of what goes on behind building a startup and that either feel encouraged and emboldened or that it’s probably not for you.

Balance.
What does that mean to you? What does that mean in your work and life?
We already know that the pandemic caused a huge paradigm shift, especially in our work setup.
We work where we live and we live where we work.
The question is, how do you find balance when your work and your life get so enmeshed?
I’m not going to give you typical advice you can easily Google. But I’m going to tell you my story.

It's a circus out there in the world. You have ready and equip yourself if you want to thrive. Equipping yourself though doesn't happen overnight. It's a process and process takes time.
Here, Cheryl shares her journey as she evolved from who she used to be and how she built herself up towards becoming who she wants to be. She went through a process of self-exploration and zeroed in on her goals and you can't rush that.
So if you ever feel like nothing's happening in your life or that it's too late to take action on that dream, remember it's not too late to start. If you start now, you'll still be on time. But you better start now than not at all.
PMR where we cover stories and conversations that embolden you to move. PMR is an original podcast produced by Podcastmate.  Podcastmate produces narrative podcasts and immersive audio stories for brands and thought leaders.

What's next? is the question my team and I asked ourselves as we were ideating a new concept for season 2 of PMR.
As podcasting has become commonplace these days, how do we differentiate ourselves from the pack and take our listeners to an elevated experience?
How do we disrupt our current way of thinking so we can generate new thoughts and ideas, execute on them, and deliver something immaculate and immersive that our audience can take delight in?
That's the thought process while I was writing this.
And those are the questions we're going to answer in this 5-minute episode. As usual, put your headphones in to get the full experience.
And if you have any questions, give me a holler :)  - Nash

In this Ripple episode, Che takes us on an eargasmic experience of what her Monday mornings are like and what keeps her motivated all throughout the week.
Being a monster of operations for Podcastmate means that she surrounds herself with creatives.
Magicians. Alchemists.
People who transform mundane things into extraordinary.
And as a fellow creative, she takes inspiration from them.
Life is colorful when you surround yourself with creatives.

Entrepreneurship. Sounds fancy and bold. The word definitely has a positive connotation.
But do we really know what this means?
What does it really take to lead a team and build your own business from the ground up?
Who do you need to become so you can be the person capable of achieving great things?
Why do we do what we do?
Or more like, why am I doing this? What for? What am I trying to prove?
So I contemplated these questions. I kept contemplating. Until I reach an epiphany.

Birthright
Do you think that it’s your birthright to be confident in the work that you do?
Is it your birthright to call yourself an artist?
As we know, there are many artists out there who are still finding their voice and space in this world. Some are just hiding while some are still struggling to express their inner creative self.
In this Ripple episode, Michael takes you to his little journey on how he was able to evolve his mindset to own his artistic endeavors in the hopes of helping others to finally believe in themselves.
Though Michael has shown his creative self ever since he joined social media platforms, he had limiting beliefs that he was able to surpass to be fully confident in the things that he does as an artist.
