Rick McDonald is an American Prophet of Irish & Scottish descent. He has been involved in the things of God since meeting the Lord in 1993. He is the founder and senior leader of the Burning Ones International ministry. He has also been involved in the Baltimore chapter of YWAM (Youth With A Mission). Growing up in Baltimore, Maryland, Rick saw, or experienced, abuse, racism, abandonment, promiscuity, street life, drug dealing and more. After a bout with God and wondering why God allowed things to happen in his life, he came to redemption in an open field on a dark lonely night in a foreign country. Soon after that, the mantle that was once on his Aunt, who was instrumental in desegregating the military schools on an Army base in North Carolina, came upon him and he began an adventure in Christ that he could never have imagined. He went from having no father in his life and no inheritance to having 10 spiritual fathers placed into his life to teach him the things of God, to possibly making one of the biggest discoveries of his life pertaining to his family lineage. Rick can switch between walking the streets of Baltimore, ministering to people as they pass by to ministering in churches alike, as he makes Kingdom connections that are leading to racial reconciliation and the glory of God going from Baltimore to the nations.

Mandy Memmel is the founder of "Hon's Honey" a business created to employ sex trafficked women when they are rescued from that life. She is also the founder and Executive Director of Drink at the Well, Inc., located in the south east corner of Baltimore, MD. She founded the organization in 2013 after being involved in the community as a mentor and small group leader for over 10 years.  Her vision was to provide a safe haven in the community for women to be loved and restored. Now, The Well is a thriving organization and life center offering women community, opportunity and responsibility.  Mandy has a nursing background. She was also the co-owner of an interior design business for 12 years. She is the proud mom of 3 adult children each of whom are actively using their gifts to influence the world around them. While raising her children, she led women’s ministry at her church, which paved the way for urban ministry in Baltimore. She has mentored over 20 women to date. In 2018, she received an award in Anne Arundel County for “Women Making a Difference”. While she much prefers to give awards to others, she is thankful for the opportunity to make a difference and say “yes” to change, for the broken and wounded of her community.
