In the first of our summer panels Chris, Frances and Josh had a brilliant conversation around leadership, purpose and identity.

Kat wraps up the end of our 'Who Am I?' series by looking at John 15. Our lives bear fruit as the evidence of what we're connected to. We have been chosen before the foundation of the world to be in deep connected relationship with Jesus and him with us. The work of the Holy Spirit in us through connection with Jesus, the truth vine, brings glory to the Father.

Chris returns mid-sabbatical to encourage us that the only way to live life is abiding in Jesus and being full of the Holy Spirit - 'not by might, not by power but by my Spirit' - so that we bear fruit to the glory of God!

This Sunday, Chris spoke to us about how God has called us to be hyper-victorious! In the very places that are the darkest, we can stand in the middle of them and declare 'I am a conqueror!' because of what Jesus has won on our behalf.

We are loved by the Father, and we belong to Him! Are you rooted in the four-dimensional love of the Father?

Charlotte continues our teaching series on Identity this week, looking at how God has chosen us to be holy and blameless and encouraged us on how to keep in step with the Spirit and pursue the shape of Jesus.

A life alive, raised and seated with Jesus is all about your spiritual location now as well as in eternity. Where do you live your life from? There is a present invitation and participation in Jesus' resurrection life here on earth, and the empowerment of the Holy Spirit is crucial to sharing the message of reconciliation with others!

Knowing that we are forgiven and free from guilt and shame is one thing, but has that knowledge made the 18 inch journey from our heads to our hearts? How much are you living in the identity of 'I am forgiven'?

Chris kicks off our new teaching series on Identity. If our new identity when we say yes to Jesus is decided by our Creator, we then have a choice: do we believe what others say about our identity, or do we get hold of our true identity and understand that 'I am who God says I am and have what He says I have?' Do we choose truth, or lies?

There is fullness of abundant life in God's story for us and He is the author and perfector of our faith! How do we allow more of God's story for us to break in to our lives, so that we actually live it and not the one that we could write for ourselves?
