Welcome to the very first episode of Pneuma Speak.
Before we get into everything this podcast will become, I wanted to sit down, grab a cup of coffee, and tell you why I started it in the first place.
In this episode, I share a little of my story... growing up in Florence, Alabama, feeling the call of God at a young age, running from Him, finding my way back, and learning through years of ministry that God is faithful even when we don’t understand what He’s doing.
We’ll also talk about the heart behind the name Pneuma Speak, the connection between breath, wind, Spirit, and speaking, and why I believe we desperately need to learn how to recognize God’s voice in a world full of noise.
We’ll open up Ezekiel 37, talk about the dry bones and the breath of God, and connect that picture to the outpouring of the Spirit in Acts 2.
But more than anything, this first episode is an invitation.
An invitation to slow down.
To quiet the noise.
To open the Word.
And to ask a simple question:
“God, what are You saying to me?”
This is Pneuma Speak.
And we’re just getting started.
In a world full of noise, God is still speaking.
The question is… are we listening?
