Pocket Tea Tales: Gentle Imaginative Stories for Children

These stories come from a practice I’ve carried for years: reaching into my pocket and finding just the right story for the moment. In classrooms, in my rocking chair at home—wherever a child needs something gentle, funny, or healing—these tales are told in that same spirit.

Each episode offers a simply told, imaginative story, often filled with animals, nature, small creatures, and a touch of magic. These gentle, low-tension stories are well-suited for bedtime, rest time, or any quiet moment in a child’s day. Rich in feeling, they are shaped to meet children where they are, supporting emotional development, resilience, and a child’s inner life.

Some are comforting, some are playful, and all are told with care and deep respect for childhood. Rooted in an imaginatively rich, child-centered approach, Pocket Tea Tales is a place to settle in, listen, and return to often. A world of beloved characters will become living inner companions your child can return to again and again.
