Are you ever alone? Do you face difficulties with out hope? Not if your trust is in the Lord, your helper.

Who is the source of all comfort? What are we supposed to do with the comfort we receive?

God is not like us when he is angered. When people sin, he is not quick to judgment. He is patient, wanting all to repent.

"In your anger, do not sin." Paul , quoting Psalm 4:4, says this to the church in Ephesus. Straightforward enough, right? How do we live it out? That's the difficulty.

Ever have a long conversation with someone you mistakenly called? Small town moment! Can these situations bring blessing to others? Can they happen in a big city or a big church?

If there is no resurrection, is Jesus alive? That is the question. Paul asks this question in 1 Corinthians 15 and then answers it.

What must be included in the good news message? What can be left out?

Verses from Isaiah 41 once helped someone I deeply love through a tough time. I was reading this chapter again recently and a song sprung to life. I share "Help Will Come" with you today, hoping you will put your trust in God, the one who upholds those he loves by his righteous right hand.

Help Will Come

Verse 1:I am the Lord your God;
You are my chosen child;
Do not be afraid; help will come.
Verse 2:
I am the Lord your God;
I take you by the hand;
Do not be dismayed; help will come.

Bridge:
My strength, my grace enfold you;
My righteous hand uphold you;
My peace I give, O, do not fear, my child.
Help will come.
Verse 3:
I am the Lord your God;
I have redeemed your soul;
Do not be afraid; help will come.

Verse 4:
I am the Lord your God;
I give you victory.
Do not be dismayed; help will come.

What you take in, what's inside you, comes out in the end. If you're wise in your own eyes, fleshly things will exit your mouth and heart. If the Spirit's within, good fruit will result.
