Season 3, Episode 12 - We are fortunate to have some great roads for motorcycles and bikes here in the Pocono Mountains. One of the most recognizable names in custom motorcycles spends time making creations at the mecca of Harley Davidson along Interstate 80 in Tannersville. That’s Pocono Mountain Harley Davidson. And Rick Petko – from American Chopper. Brianna sat down with him for a brief chat recently and Jim got to sit down with another celebrity, this time, of the chef variety recently, at Vault 240 in Hawley, a new Settlers Hospitality property.. and it was with Chef Robert Irvine of Food Network fame. The D&L Trail, as it’s affectionately known, is a huge draw to the Poconos and has breathed new life into coal towns along its expanse helping to grow the outdoor economy.
