In our very first episode of Pod Ability by NDSP we had a great discussion with one of our clients Gail Harbott. Gail is quite honestly one of the nicest and most positive people you could ever meet, which comes through in this inspirational podcast. Gail tells her story of being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis or MS and discusses everything from transitioning in to a wheelchair to her great story and the amazing benefits of having a mobility dog. She also discusses the fantastic initiative out of New Zealand prison system to train the mobility dogs up called puppies in prison. (It was also great to have Coda, her support dog join us). Finally Gail also talks about her experience with NDIS to this point and has some great advice on how to maximise your plan as well as her thoughts on Plan Management.
