  • Prepare to Brace! The Snowpiercer Podcast for Episode 206
Snowpiercer S2E6 Many Miles From Snowpiercer. Image by TNT Copyright 2021
Last week, we ended the podcast by saying we needed to catch up Melanie and her adventure at the research station. In Many Miles From Snowpiercer, the writers gave us more than we asked for by pairing Melanie's harrowing trial of survival with flashbacks. In so doing, many questions have been answered and many blanks spots from the time surrounding the ark train's departure have been filled in. Without spoiling the contents of this podcast, I think it's fair to share that all three hosts loved this episode.
Listen and you'll hear us discuss:
The three "head" personalities that visited Melanie and what they may have meant
The depths of Mr. Wilford's ass-holery
The final outcome of this episode - was it a dream or is Melanie well and truly screwed?
We discuss these plot points and more in this weeks' podcast! Listen, rate, review, and subscribe to the Podcast on Apple Podcasts or wherever you listen! And write in and leave us comments on PodClubhouse.com, we'd love to hear from you!

Also, we talk about Jimmy’s new talent; Walker’s trip to the train station (and why Kayce takes a different approach); the Becks stirring the pot to the boiling point; and the broader themes surrounding Tate's first hunting trip. • This Is Us Episode 509
THIS IS US -- "The Ride", Episode 509 -- Pictured: Milo Ventimiglia as Jack -- (Photo by: NBC)
This week, This Is Us showed us four families taking their kids home from the hospital in "The Ride". With Jack and Rebeccas taking the babies home for the first time, we get a reminder of Jack's alcoholism and where he was in the journey when the babies were born. As we've discussed, Kevin has felt he would come up short if he had to measure himself against his father's memory, but this episode reminded us that even Jack had his faults.
    We also chat about:
    Ellie's change of heart
Randall's recognition that he needs to see himself in his family
Madison's major success flipping the "adulting" switch into the on position
