Justus, Gary, and Steve share their initial reactions after their first viewing of TROS. In the first part of this film a lot happens and the guys talk about what they liked about the pacing and what they didn't like. There's new force powers, love triangles (or pentagons), and loads of new characters. Steve makes sure to point out how the movie pays homage to the prequels and pays respect to the Skywalker saga. Gary and Justus have differing opinions on The Knights of Ren, but come together around their disdain for Captain Phasma.

In the podcast Justus, Gary, and Steve discuss their raw emotions, feelings, and thoughts immediately after seeing The Rise of Skywalker. We also discuss the recently released comic Star Wars: The Rise of Kylo Ren #1 by Charles Soule. This comic is chock-full of spicy nuggets that will not only help shed light on some unanswered questions from TLJ, but will enhance your Rise of Skywalker movie experience.

This saga means so much to all of us, and after lots of anticipation and expectation we are getting the final chapter in the Skywalker story. Justus, Gary, and Evan talk about what they think will happen and what they don't want to happen. What will be the big reveal? A new chosen one? Emperor Palpatine's redemption? Or maybe Rey's parents? Then, we finish off this week's episode by breaking down The Mandalorian: Chapter 6. All this and more on this week's episode of POD WARS!

This week we catch up on Twitter drama revolving around The Last Jedi that was sparked by John Boyega and J.J. Abrams. Justus catches us up on Absolute Carnage during COMIC OF THE WEEK, and we end the episode by talking about episode 5 of the Mandalorian.

We share our favorite moments from the epic Chapter 3, and dive into some new characters that are introduced in Chapter 4.
