Welcome to my RESET N REBUILD HEALTHY HABITS AND LIFESTYLE 2025.

The Lord Yahweh, Jesus gave me this beautiful body to steward it and has given me the responsibility for it's well-being. I am starting that journey of treating my body withuttermost care and love that it deserves 🌹I'm not my own, this body I offer it as a living sacrifice everyday and 🌹to do that I must rely and find strength from the Holy Spirit. This body is the Lord's temple and I must keep it holy, well taken care of spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally and much more 🌹 It's not about me but about Jesus. I am just a vessel chosen for this generation and more to come. I am an encourager and ambassador of Christ Jesus. Thank you for watching 😊
