Branch banking has truly evolved over the past few years examining the physical space, the technology and people skills for future success. This will impact the marketing and selling of all bank services. More emphasis has been placed on the redesign of the interior, and the recruiting, training/mentoring of new branch frontline teams to provide a wider range of services.
