I heard you!  Yeah, I heard you say that!  No, not the cuss word, haha, but the negative self-talk.  You say "I'm not good at...", "I could never do...", you say those things, but, are they true?  What if we changed the way we spoke about ourselves, would it change our actions, and ultimately, our outcomes?
