Welcome to podcast #31 I was on the edge of my seat listening to Paul and his achievements on the road to becoming the 1st Irish man home in the marathon during the 2016 Rio Olympics, not only is Paul just a down to earth guy but he’s also one of the most talent runners that I have had the pleasure of listening to.

Its a great podcast identifying how hard it is to get your body into form when it counts the most, Paul has had it far from easy over the years with injury and controversy but he’s managed to keep grinding and pumping out results that makes him one of Ireland’s most accomplished runners.
