Happy Monday Motivation!   Welcome back to the podcast No More Excuses!   Today I want to discuss "Balance"!   So many people, especially business owners, desperately search for it... the mythical creature called BALANCE. It's like searching for the Loch Nest Monster!   Have you ever found it?!    What is balance anyway? An even distribution... of what?    Uh, has life ever been entirely balanced? NO!   And that's why when people come to me and say, "I need to find more BALANCE in my life." I reply back with, "BALANCE is BULLSHIT!" There is NO such thing, so please stop searching for it and getting stressed out when you can't obtain in!   We could line up five identical business owners, and all would have a different idea of what they think “balance” is. Try thinking more about "ALIGNMENT"!   Whatever you need in your life should ALIGN with your goals and values!
