This ladies and gentlemen is the second take of the Rober Nixon Interview. The first one was deleted in my rush to clear space on the recorder for more interviews. I think the second interview is better than the first - but I would say that wouldn't I. Robert is the Director of Lettings at Speirs Gumley and has a wealth of knowledge on the tenancy changes that are about the affect all landlords - so this one is worth a listen.
