Barry is a spiritual mentor.  He probably prefers the term spiritual pointer.  Someone who shows you where to find spiritual health.  True east, as he says. Barry lost his father at 12.  This then took him on a journey of alcohol and drugs. He found the gutter.  He then journeyed through the hippy movement, eastern religions, Zionism and now is a strong advocate of the message proclaimed by Jesus. Love your God and neighbour; firstly with your heart. Our cities, teach us to have other gods – self, consumerism and a hubris lifestyle. No spiritual home found there. Instead loneliness and despair.  Barry describes his spiritual journey and touches on aspects that affect all of us.  Family members with cancer, your moral compass, religion in churches.  He discusses what true religion is all about.  He discusses how you can find your spiritual wellbeing.  Barry’s journey is an enjoyable insight into what makes beautiful people love to create beautiful cities.
