Hey Guys,

This week our podcast tackles a very very common question we receive…I have never invested in land. Do you have any advise for newbies to the industry? Hope you enjoy. We got this episode on video as well so feel free to watch it on youtube or plain audio.  As always, it is also available on the itunes podcast.  Subscribe and leave us a good review!

Hey Guys, hope all is well.  This podcast is more directed at the members (and potential members) at Double Cluck Farms.  Our current farm manager is looking to transition out of this position as his personal business continues to grow and expand.  Roger has been such an instrumental part of the development of this club and we wish him the best.  He isn’t leaving us behind though…he will continue to work at the club and help us transition.  But we are super excited to bring on Jason.  Take a listen you will see immediately why we believe he will be such a perfect fit!

I will also upload a video of our chat to this page soon.

Hey Guys…experimenting with filming our podcasts so this one is in video form.  It has the standard audio only file as well but I have embedded the video of the podcast on this page too! Let me know what you think! In this podcast episode we take a quick look at the waterfowl season underway here in Central Illinois.  Dan Gannaway helped me out with this episode.  Enjoy!

Hey Guys! Back at it with another discussion on new listings to the market here in  Central Illinois.  Last time I linked to all these listings below but they should all be easy to find.  Send me a quick text or email if you can’t find any of them – 309-256-0999 [email protected].  I don’t especially love linking to a competitors site either

Hope you guys enjoy these!

Podcast #2! This episode is the second format where we tackle individual issues that will benefit both land owners and people looking to buy land.  This episode in particular will help  a specific niche of people who are looking to purchase a small farm…which for the sakes of this discussion will be around 5-20 acres.  We hope you enjoy!

Hey Guys, super excited to publish our first podcast.  Right now our plan is to have to formats of Podcasts.  The first are something we are currently calling Inventory Round Table Discussions, where we will dissect and analyze new land listings…just like we would internally or with our clients.  The second format will just be individual topics that are relevant to land investing and ownership. It is our hope that the former will provide valuable information to people currently in the market for land.  The latter aims to bring value to both people looking for land and existing land owners! We hope you like it.  We have several cool shows in minds that we expect to tackle soon. If you have any topics that you would like us to discuss, hit us up on the website….www.landco.com
