2020 has been all shades and sizes. We definitely need all the emotional and psychological strength we can garner. As the year winds down, focus on the things you have achieved more and worry less over the unticked boxes.

Sometimes, what we think is Perfect on one end, is not always what it seems. Sometimes, being on that other side will help clear your mind but we don't all need to actually be there to learn now do we ?

We all go through our fair share of overwhelming situations. Breathe, together, let us take each day one after the other. You've got this!
