ShaVon Robinson has spent over two decades creating a supportive environment for young cheerleaders. She aims to provide a fun and loving space for youth athletes to grow both on and off the field. Robinson's commitment as a volunteer is driven by a passion for her community and a desire to give back, but she also wants others to understand the challenges of volunteer work in youth sports.
