This is the 4th episode where I discuss issues facing Southern Baptists as we prepare for our annual meeting in Nashville, Tn. I am hopeful that our convention can overcome the issues in front of us. However, that can only happen with transparency and accountability. Let us pray for the annual meeting. Let us pray for those that are hurting because of sexual abuse. Let us minister to these precious individuals. Let us demand that there accusations be heard. Let us be a shining light for Jesus Christ.

UPDATE on ERLC severance package: While the podcast was uploading I received a response from the trustee I emailed. Here is this person's response, "Hi Joey, thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry, I am not at liberty to discuss those details as a trustee of the ERLC."

We need to bring all of our entities to account. They have no problem taking the sacrificial offerings we give them, but then they refuse to disclose the misuse of those funds!
