What are we really thinking, feeling, and processing? We pushed those things to the back of our minds. However, releasing toxic thoughts, feelings, and experiences to the Lord is essential for our peace and growth (Ps. 62:1-2).

Are there some unfinished areas or goals that are still on the table? It's never too late to go back and finish what you started. Remember the Lord is your Helper.

Try doing something differently today than what you normally do; break up the routine and step out of the box. Don't forget the joy of the Lord and the path of life is through Him (Ps. 16:11).

Everyday we are afforded an opportunity to apply God's Word; that is, to use what we know. Whatever you encounter today make sure to use what you know (Ps. 119:105).

The last thing we need today is to find ourselves in a contentious situation. Therefore, let's set out to save our energy and not retaliate should conflict and strife come our way (Prov. 13:10).

There is always something out there just waiting grab your attention to get you off focus and to detour you from keeping your eyes on the Lord. Be determined to reject those potential attention grabbers today.

There will be challenges and difficulty that will come your way; however, you cannot allow it to take you out of your place of peace. Keep it on the outside of you (Phil. 4:8).

Do you know that you are in a relationship with a caring, loving, God? It’s not a church or religious thing… On the contrary, God knows everything about you from the thoughts you think, to the emotions you feel, down to the next choice you will make. The relationship is personal.

This morning's episode involves reflecting over the goodness of God. He has been faithful and dependable. As you look back through the years has He been your anchor? (Ps. 145:1-3).

Before you become flustered, frustrated, or angry use your words, talk it out. Remember you give life to what you speak (Prov. 18:21).
