Jesus taught His followers always to pray and not to faint…lose heart…give up…go silent. This month at Grace, we will renew our devotion to Christ by talking to Him. This weekend Ron will teach, and we’ll celebrate communion. This week we’ll meet for prayer on Sunday from 4-6 pm in the Auditorium and Thursday from 12-2 pm in the Foundry. Why Pray? This weekend as we gear up for the month of January’s increased prayer meetings at Grace we’ll answer this exact question. God has called us, all of us, to be a people who humble ourselves before Him and pray. We’ll talk about WHY as well as common obstacles we all face.

Feeding our fears can create a monster. Feeding our faith sets off a chain reaction that leads to peace and joy. Ron concludes our series this weekend by telling the story of his own struggle with panic disorder and what’s worked for him. This is the weekend to invite anyone you know who’s dealing with anxiety.
