God's promise of redemption was spoken of long before Jesus came to live, die, and rise again. 

As we begin the advent season Pastor Brad helps us turn our attention to the first gospel proclamation in Scripture, and look at Genesis 3:1-15. 

As we come to the end of our series, we must ask the question, "Have I counted the cost of following Jesus? Do I truly believe that he is the greatest treasure I could find?" That to have Jesus is better than life itself; that's what pastor Brad Andrews unpacks for us from Luke 14:25-33.

As we continue in our fall series pastor Brad Andrews walks us through 1 Peter 4:10-11. We see that God’s aim in giving us spiritual gifts and giving us the faith to exercise them is that his glory might be displayed. Ultimately, our gifts are for God and his glory, and that always resounds to the good of those he has called to himself through Jesus Christ.

As we grow in our discipleship, we also grow in our understanding of God's claim on all of life, even how we use our resources. This week, pastor Brad Andrews unpacks 2 Corinthians 8:1-9 on what it means for Christians to be generous with the resources God has given them to steward. We also have a panel discussion between our two elders, Brad and John Floyd moderated by our deacon for discipleship, Trey Hopkins.

As we continue our series "Deeper," our staff deacon for discipleship, Trey Hopkins, unpacks 1 Timothy 4:6-10 and looks at what discipleship is and why we make disciples.

This week pastor Brad Andrews unpacks what it means to be engaged in the work of the kingdom of God; to be "on mission." If we are to understand God’s mission, we have to first see that the Bible is not a story about us. We are not the central aim and focus of the Bible's story. The story of the Bible is a powerful and beautiful narrative about God and his redemptive work in the world throughout history. However, God invites us to partake in the tasks of proclaiming and enacting the gospel; of calling others to receive the redeeming grace of God through Jesus Christ.
