    "So you'll see in the second slide, it's another post where someone put forth an idea that perhaps a late diagnosis of autism or ADHD later in life is as a result of quote unquote gifted burnout. And to me, this is another example of not destigmatizing, but instead perpetuating ableism. That when our resources are plentiful and we have what we need, how we need it, then we can thrive."

So I get that there is a time and a place when age is relevant, rather, and it serves utility, right, of whether someone is capable of being able to do a job either old enough or young enough, depending, right? And then there's another facet of age that's really about constructs."

    "I muff two minds about this. That's a really weird phrase, and they're sort of polar opposites. On the one hand, I think there's something to this, and on the other hand, it seems like utter bullshit. I've been thinking about AI, these large language models that coders are attempting to wrangle, if you will, like. Language is so fluid and is not at all written in stone and continues to morph."

    "The thing is, though, is that when we shorten things and we strip away titles and we strip away last names to refer to the women by their first names, it's the way we speak about women in so many other places that haven't worked as hard or climbed as high, especially when we're talking about the different hierarchies within the us political system, right? Think about it. Reality tv characters, I'm sorry, personalities we refer to by their first names, right?"

    "When it's ready to reproduce, it shoots these little cannons and those little black specks there they go flying off at like 56 miles an hour, or 90. Shoot about 3 meters or 10ft away towards the light. It looks for the light and then it shoots towards the light because that's away from the feces, because animals don't like to eat near feces, right."

    "I don't know if that means that there's a way for us to be able to find an alternative solution that gives the users the tools that we want and need, as well as giving to swell the creators what they want and need out of their goals. But I would really like for us to be able to have a conversation around what are our options and what can we move towards, because right now, this is not effective."

Let's pretend you can dial some up or some down. We don't even know the ins and outs of it, right? And if you use that kind of analogy, kinda, and mix it with, like, a buffet table. Everything is spread out on the buffet table."
