The Mariners were playing the Chicago White Sox. It was a Saturday afternoon game. I believe it was nationally televised. This was actually a game where the Seattle Mariners, they were the victims of a perfect game courtesy of Philip Umber of all pitchers."

  "I was expecting them to compete with the brewers to win the NL Central, but it just, it just didn't work out for them. They just had inconsistent play for the better part of the season. If they're able to get a star pitcher during the off season, whether it's by a trader, free agency, I feel like they can be. They can make a lot of noise in the National League."

Bases were loaded. The Rockies were batting with the opportunity to win on a walk off. Now, the Nationals pitcher that was on the mound, he was trying to take his time, so to speak, in order to get the right pitch through pitchcom or what have you."

For me, the most important thing about his style of communication is anytime he's talking on camera, he's always talking in a calm demeanor, which is something I really like.
