  "You can make your own tea by steeping the dried elderberries in hot water. Like I said, you can get it on Amazon. Another plant that works very, very well, and I did try growing it myself, but last year it did not grow for me. So I'm going to make it my business to try it again is echinacea. Echinacea is a well known immune boosting herb that can help prevent, reduce the severity of colds, other viral infections."
