"Everywhere I went, drama followed me and that I needed to get my life together. At the time, I was like, say what? I got tired of that life and living in brokenness. I hit rock bottom. For me, everyone's rock bottom looks different. I was tired of existing in the red heart space. I didn't know the metaphor for it until today. I submitted my life to Christ and the heart healing process started. I moved over into the yellow space."

"The last thing we want to do is have traumatized kids. So that's just my $0.02 on it. But I'm a lot better now. But just thinking back that what happened to me, and I don't want that to happen to any other child. So that is it. But I sing now because I really like it. I really enjoy it. So it all worked out. It's all good bye."

"Most likely, those may be the things that you were gifted to do. And what I did was I wrote down the things that I enjoyed, and I noticed there were certain things that I gravitated to, those things that always interest me. And what I realized is many of those things are what I'm gifted to do. It's what I'm called to do. Even though I'm doing a lot of the stuff that I should be doing, I can definitely do more."

"You. So I was sitting and thinking about content that we post on social media, that I post on social media. And years ago, you had to be perfect. Perfect hair, perfect makeup, perfect background setting, and have the perfect script to go online. But what I've come to realize is that the world's not looking for perfect. They are looking for authenticity. They want you to be authentic and be real with them."

"You still need to get eyes on whatever you are offering. Your service, your product. And I find that a lot of people build their business on social media, which is great. Social media is an awesome way to get eyes on your business and services. And a lot of it's free, so that's good. But the thing about it is a lot of people are only depending on their social media pages to market to their audience."
