  "So you can still celebrate that. The fact that you got up today, the fact that you took one step and then another and then another, should be celebrated even if you're not ready to celebrate it. I'm celebrating my steps, and I feel no type of way celebrating yours along with mine. Even if we've never even met before, a party will be had. Keep going one step at a time, one opportunity at a time, one win at a time."

  "But the reality of it is when you're on your phone, you open yourself up to the comparison game very quickly, whether it's through social media, whether it's through your email notifications, through calendaring, like, it becomes very easy to then start to put yourself in a position against your friends, against people in your network. And it is a natural human behavior to do for sure."

  "How can parents reframe challenges as opportunities for growth? Ooh, that's a heavy one. I would say one of the best mechanisms that I've seen so far in my. My kiddo is little. He's four, but he is neurodivergent like me. And we feel so deeply, and it's been really interesting to see, as we're starting to play more board games, just how hard, like, losses are impacting him. And maybe that's due to the autism."

  "But when you're in back to back meetings, especially in the day where people will sometimes be late or you, you'll talk, you're talking to someone and they're a long winded speaker, and then you're late for the next meeting, and then that means you're late for the next meeting and it's just a slew of horror that was completely unavoidable. The number one thing I've learned about time management is give yourself time."
