It's Not a Fair Fight! In Part 1 of 2, I discuss the internal battles you can face when comparing your former self to the person you are becoming now. Many times, as you pursue your dreams and goals, you focus on what hasn't been working out. However, I want to remind you this new version of yourself needs time to prepare and mature. When you don’t allow this progress to happen, it is not a fair fight against yourself. Your beliefs and thoughts about yourself have an impact on your mindset, identity, and personal growth. 

In this video, I share of a workshop session I conducted with members of the Unlocking Greatness community to help you better understand why it is not a fair fight.

As you begin to take the first steps into the new role that God has called you to, it’s essential to give yourself grace because you are becoming a new person. You are on your way to getting to the other side of fear. If you focus on where you are going—your goals and the God-given purpose you have—you will emerge stronger on the other side of fear. You will breakthrough. God is constantly calling you higher and higher.
