In today’s episode, we jump into the book, The Advantage, by Pat Lencioni. The purpose of the book is to provide a blueprint for creating a healthy organization.

Lencioni explains that the first step in building a healthy organization is building a cohesive leadership team. The first step in building a cohesive leadership team is building vulnerability-based trust.

In order to examine vulnerability-based trust, we will look at the perfect and infinite leader, Jesus. Jesus is God, yet He became man. Talk about being vulnerable!
