This week, we chatted with Paul Bjorneby. Currently, Paul is an Adjunct Professor of Finance for the Frank G. Zarb School of Business at Hofstra University. He has extensive experience in equity capital markets, which is where financial institutions help companies raise equity capital and where stocks are traded. Paul worked on Wall Street for 19 years as a managing director focused on the equity capital markets at Barclays, UBS, and Bank of America.
