As we continue our ReBuild sermon series in Nehemiah, we talk about the reconstruction of the wall in Jerusalem. Learn how this relates to our church today as we rebuild in times of change. This week: Unfortunately, we have had issues the past two weeks with recordings. This week is the first recorded sermon from this series. We read in Nehemiah 3 and 4 and talk about the community that was built as Nehemiah recruited for the city wall work. Even today community in the church can be formed through service and sacrifice for the greater goals.

This week: CE & Youth Director, Dylan Ackley, shows a clip from, TV show, 'Canada's Worst Driver'. Join us in Matthew 14:22-33, and we talk about keeping our eyes on Jesus, and why you should look where you want to go. To make a habit of looking at Jesus: 1) Pray for the Holy Spirit to help you! 2) Make changes (cut out some stuff that is earthly, add in things that are heavenly) 3) Find a way to remind yourself daily of this (get accountability, write it on your hand whatever!) 4) When you mess up, know that it’s OK. 5) Re-center your sight on Jesus.
