Welcome back to TGAR! Today, we are diving deep into the beautiful soundtrack to Super Mario RPG! Not the 1996 classic, but the remake that just came out! I still can't believe that this remake exists and furthermore, I can't believe I prefer this arrangement of the soundtrack over the original. Yoko Shimomura, you are a GOD! Adding extended arrangements to already stellar songs, this is no doubt the definitive way to listen to this OST and also to play the game!

On this episode of The Gaming Asylum Radio, we focus in on one of the creepiest and most interesting games ever made; The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask. The direct sequel to one of the most iconic games ever made, Majora's Mask had a near impossible task ahead of it, so instead, it pivoted and managed to carve an identity all for itself...even though it's quite an unsettling one. The soundtrack to Majora's Mask can almost be treated as a character itself, as it adds layers and complexities to the already tension filled adventure. Koji Kondo is back and helms this one and while the soundtrack is a banger, the man definitely shows some range here.
