Podcast – Hiddengrid: The Sixth World Chronicles

The long and the short of it: I’m having a bit of a medical emergency. This is over and above the medical plans my wife had. To put it simply, I’m becoming a pirate. To put it realistically, I’m suffering a nasty retinal detachment in my left eye. It’ll join in the fun my right one had way back in the early parts of last decade. Surgery should be scheduled rather soon and it’ll put me away from focusing on visual tech for some time. But hey, I’ll be catching up on ALOT of podcasts over that period.

Zendead did me a solid and recorded a bit giving the basics of our hiatus. Take a listen and give him a shout out. We’ll be back, I guarantee it. Just right now I’m having a forced vacation.

Stupid 5th world meat body…

The club is jumping, ready for Maria’s second performance of the night. Our runners, however, have other work to attend to. Enter Max Foley, their paycheck for the next few days, and Maria’s new Manager. I’m sure he’s pleasant to deal with.

Like an echo from the past, we return to a classic module both to Shadowrun and the Hiddengrid. Today we’re checking out how another group of runners would have handled the events of that fabled night back in 2050. How will our team deal with Max, Hernandez, Maria, and a certain cast of characters I don’t want to spoil for new comers. Tag along and see.

What an interesting month, as another Hiddengrid Classic hits the feed with Opti serving as roving reporter by scoring an interview with Jason Hardy, Writer, Editor, and Shadowrun Line Developer at Catalyst Game Labs. It’s a cool interview looking back over the last year and the current edition of the game, and a few attempts to pull spoilers out to the open. Enjoy the listen folks and we’ll be back to the finale for Milk Run soon enough.
