Hello I am Life Coach Amber Lynn and on this podcast I am going to be talking everything LIFE and Coaching! I will be talking about love, parenting, anxiety, depression and how Life Coaching tools and strategies help me live the life I want and how they support me when life isn't going as planned.Life Coaching has changed my life and helps me manage every day stress and overwhelm. It helps me be the parent and grace when I don't show up as the parent I want to. It has helped me become the partner I want to be and has taught me how to take care of myself with compassion when I don't show up the way I want to in my relationship.Self compassion is not my brains automatic response, I had to practice it.
